What information should I provide if I want to get an accurate quotation?

Size, material, printing details, finishing, processing, quantity, shipping destination etc.
You can also just tell us your requirement, we will recommend product to you.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we can take large and small orders, MOQ starts from 100 pcs.
Normally, we recommended minimum order quantity is 1000pcs for paper box, and 500 pcs for paper bags, the price is more cost-effective.

What is the average lead time?

It depends on the quantity of the order, usually we ship within 7-15 days.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, West Union, MoneyGram, T/T, L/C, Credit Card, Cash, etc.

What kind of document format will you accept for printing?

AI, CDR, PDF, PSD, EPS, high resolution JPG or PNG.

About Shipping?

By sea or air as your requirement.
Ex-work or FOB, if you have own forwarder in China.
CFR or CIF, etc., if you need us to make shipment for you.
DDP and DDU are also available.
More options, we will consider your choice.

About samples?

We can provide free samples before bulk production and the sample produce will take about 3-5 days. It'a good idea to request a sample to check out our product quality.

What is the product guarantee?

First of all, our team has a strict quality inspection process to ensure the workmanship and quality of the products. Of course, you can ask us any questions about product quality and other questions within a week of receiving the goods, and we will solve the problem for you within 24 hours.
